1. Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from EliteShopix. If you are not satisfied, you can return the item(s) within 10 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once your return is authorized, securely package the item(s) and include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the returned item(s) at our warehouse.

4. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges
